Plain caps are priced per tooth up to 3 teeth. To mix and match with other designs, add to the cart along with other desired designs.
A mould kit will be sent to you upon your purchase along with instructions to help you take the perfect mould, and a job sheet to specify which teeth you want the design on and your desired metal colour.
Please return your mould kit, job sheet must be completed and signed.
