Enamel caps are priced per tooth. To mix and match with other designs, add desired qualities of teeth to the cart for each design and indicate which teeth for what on job sheet.
A mould kit will be sent to you upon your purchase along with instructions to help you take the perfect mould, and a job sheet to specify which teeth you want the design on and your desired metal colour.
Please return your mould kit, job sheet must be completed and signed.
